目的探讨硝酸咪康唑阴道软胶囊(达克宁栓)联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊(定君生)治疗白色念珠菌阴道炎的临床疗效。方法 780例急性白色念珠菌阴道炎患者,随机分为单药组和联合组,各390例。单药组给予达克宁栓治疗,联合组在单药组基础上合用定君生治疗,疗程为1周,4周后随访观察患者症状、体征并行实验室检查,了解复发情况及不良反应。结果联合组和单药组治愈率分别为45.9%、28.2%;联合组和单药组总有效率分别为80.8%、64.1%;两组治愈率及总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单药组有30例者病情复发,占治愈数的23.73%;联合组有10例复发,占治愈数的5.6%,两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单药组中2例患者出现阴道局部刺激、烧灼感,未经干预,2~4 d后自行消退,联合组患者未见明显不适。结论联合达克宁栓和定君生治疗白色念珠菌阴道炎可迅速抑菌,缓解患者临床症状,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of miconazole nitrate vaginal soft capsule (MDF) in combination with vaginal Lactobacillus live capsule (Ding Junsheng) in the treatment of Candida albicans vaginitis. Methods A total of 780 patients with Candida albicans vaginitis were randomly divided into single drug group and combination group, with 390 cases in each group. The monotherapy group was treated with metoclopramide. The combination group was given the monarch group on the basis of single drug group. The course of treatment was 1 week. After 4 weeks, the symptoms and signs of the patients were followed up and laboratory tests were conducted to understand the recurrence and adverse reactions. Results The cure rates of combined group and single group were 45.9% and 28.2%, respectively. The total effective rates of combined group and single group were 80.8% and 64.1% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups in the cure rate and total effective rate (P <0.05). In the single drug group, 30 patients relapsed, accounting for 23.73% of the cured patients. In the combined group, 10 patients relapsed, accounting for 5.6% of the cured patients. The recurrence rates of the two groups were significantly different (P <0.05) . In the monotherapy group, 2 cases of vaginal local irritation and burning sensation disappeared spontaneously after 2 ~ 4 days without any obvious discomfort in the combined group. Conclusions Combination of Dacrine suppository and Dingjunsheng treatment of Candida albicans vaginitis can be rapid antibacterial, relieve clinical symptoms, deserved clinical promotion.
