目的:探讨人工反射弧治疗脊柱裂并发先天性尿失禁后的脑干功能重塑机制。方法:应用功能磁共振(functional magnetic rcsonance imaging,fMRI)建立人工反射弧手术前后患者脑干功能图谱。结果:术前患者脑干无激活,术后患者脑干出现激活。结论:建立人工反射弧后,脊柱裂并发先天性尿失禁患者脑干形成了新的控尿中枢。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of artificial reflex arc in the treatment of spina bifida complicated with congenital urinary incontinence. Methods: Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) was used to establish brainstem functional maps before and after artificial reflex arc surgery. Results: There was no activation of the brainstem in the patients before operation and activation of the brainstem after operation. Conclusion: The establishment of artificial reflex arc, spina bifida in patients with congenital urinary incontinence of the brain stem formed a new control urinary center.
