风湿热与风湿性心脏病(简称风心病),是常见的心血管病之一,多见于青少年及青壮年。为了进一步了解近年来此病的流行状况,我们于1980年4月对全省11个地区(包括市镇、农村、农场和渔区)6～18岁中小学学龄儿童进行了风湿热及风心病流行病学调查。检查人数共61,428名,受检率为98.87%,现将调查情况报导如下。 Rheumatic fever and rheumatic heart disease (rheumatic heart disease), is one of the common cardiovascular disease, more common in adolescents and young adults. In order to know more about the prevalence of the disease in recent years, we conducted a survey on the prevalence of rheumatic fever and rheumatic heart disease among school-age children aged 6 to 18 in 11 districts (including towns, villages, farms and fishing areas) in April 1980 in the province.
