随着我国普通公路的不断建设,机动车保有量的持续增加,超限运输现象已十分普遍,实施计重收费有效地控制了车辆的超载超限,合理地增长了通行费收入。但是随着计重收费工作的长期深入,很多问题也显得日益突出。本文通过对现行收费方式与计重收费方式的比较,剖析计重收费中存在的相关问题,总结出了实施计重收费工作中的几种应对措施。 With the constant construction of ordinary roads in our country, the number of motor vehicles continues to increase, and the phenomenon of overrun transportation has become very common. However, with the long-term thoroughness of the work of toll collection, many problems have become increasingly prominent. This article analyzes the existing problems in weighting fees by comparing the current charging methods and weighting charging methods, and summarizes several countermeasures in the implementation of weighting and charging work.
