市场竞争的日益激化促使建筑施工企业的经营机制、企业内部的管理体制以及运营方式都出现了深刻的变化。建筑施工企业是以项目管理为核心形成了有自身特色的经营管理体制。本文主要针对国内建筑施工企业项目管理控制现状进行分析,引入财务控制的方法和理论,对工程项目的财务控制现状存在的问题进行剖析,从而提出企业财务控制的改善措施。
The increasingly intensified market competition has prompted profound changes in the operating mechanism of construction enterprises, the management system within the enterprise and the mode of operation. Construction enterprises are based on project management as the core formed its own characteristics of the management system. This article analyzes the status quo of project management and control of domestic construction enterprises, introduces the methods and theories of financial control, analyzes the existing problems in the financial control of the project, and proposes the measures to improve the financial control of enterprises.
