采用稻瘟病菌细胞壁富集方法分离到4株几丁质酶产生菌。它们都具有较高的几丁酶活性,且能在培养基上对稻瘟病菌的生长产生明显的抑制作用。经鉴定,确认它们均为革兰氏阴性杆菌,其中菌株DW2为单端极生单鞭毛,好氧,氧化酶反应阳性并能还原硝酸盐,属于假单胞菌属细菌(Pseudomonas spp.);菌株DW1、DW4为两端极生单鞭毛,微好氧,氧化酶反应阳性并能还原硝酸盐,属于弯曲杆菌属细菌(Campylobacter spp.);而菌株DW3的菌落为橙黄色,氧化酶反应为阳性,不还原硝酸盐,菌体单个或成链,无鞭毛,在几丁质半固体培养基上能滑动,属于噬胞菌属细菌(Cytophaga spp.)。
Four strains of chitinase producing bacteria were isolated by cell wall enrichment of Magnaporthe grisea. They all have higher chitinase activity, and can significantly inhibit the growth of Magnaporthe grisea on the medium. All of them were identified as Gram-negative bacilli. Among them, strain DW2 is a single-terminal polar flagella and aerobic, oxidase-positive and nitrate-reducible, belonging to the genus Pseudomonas spp. Strain DW1 and DW4 were single flagella of both polarities, with micro-aerobic, oxidase positive and nitrate reduction, which belonged to Campylobacter spp. The strain DW3 had an orange-yellow colony and the oxidase reaction was Positive, no reduction of nitrate, single or a single cell chain, no flagella, slides on a chitin semi-solid medium belonging to the bacterium Cytophaga spp.
