利用微磁学理论和变分原理,计算了纳米双相交换耦合多层膜α-Fe/Nd2Fe14B永磁体的成核场随两相磁层厚度的变化曲线。计算结果表明,当软磁相或硬磁相的厚度为某一临界值时,该交换耦合多层永磁膜的成核场达到其最大值,这与Rave等人的有限元法计算结果趋势是一致的,考虑到工艺参数的影响后,也与Shindo等人的实验及理论估算结果是一致的.
Using the theory of micro-magnetism and variational principle, the variation of the nucleation field with the two-phase magnetic layer thickness of the nanocrystalline BIPD α-Fe / Nd2Fe14B permanent magnet was calculated. The calculated results show that when the thickness of the soft magnetic or hard magnetic phase is a certain critical value, the nucleation field of the exchange-coupled multilayer permanent magnetic film reaches its maximum, which is in agreement with the trend of the finite element method calculation result by Rave et al.
