目的:观察炎琥宁联合阿奇霉素对支原体肺炎患儿血清抗炎、促炎因子水平影响及支原体肺炎临床症状改善效果。方法:将79例支原体肺炎患儿随机均分为治疗组及对照组。两组患儿均采用常规支持治疗。治疗组患儿加用炎琥宁及阿奇霉素联合治疗。对照组患儿仅加用阿奇霉素。对比两组患儿治疗前及治疗5 d后血清抗炎、促炎因子水平变化及临床症状改善时间。结果:治疗前两组患儿在TNF-α、IL-2、IL-4、IL-6及IL-10等血清抗炎、促炎因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗5 d后,治疗组患儿TNF-α、IL-4、IL-6及IL-10明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而IL-2明显高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组患儿在退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、X线恢复时间及住院时间共5个观测指标上均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:炎琥宁联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎可改善血清抗炎、促炎因子水平异常,加快肺炎消退。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of Yan Hu Ning combined with azithromycin on the serum levels of anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory cytokines in children with mycoplasma pneumonia and the clinical symptoms of mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods: 79 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups received routine supportive care. The treatment group plus Yan Hu Ning and azithromycin combined treatment. Control children with azithromycin only added. The levels of serum anti-inflammatory and proinflammatory cytokines and the improvement of clinical symptoms in both groups before treatment and after 5 days of treatment were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the levels of anti - inflammatory and proinflammatory cytokines in the serum of TNF - α, IL - 2, IL - 4, IL - 6 and IL - 10 between the two groups before treatment. After 5 days of treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-4, IL-6 and IL-10 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01) The treatment group of children in the antipyretic time, cough disappear time, pulmonary rales disappeared time, X-ray recovery time and hospitalization time were a total of five observations were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Yan Hu Ning combined azithromycin treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia can improve serum anti-inflammatory, abnormal levels of proinflammatory cytokines and accelerate pneumonia subsided.
