针对液压支架推移机构在工作中的受力状况以及连接件的过载保护问题进行研究,采用剪切应力安全销轴避免推移机构过载冲击带来的部件损坏现象并构建数字化模型,并对模型参数进行设计和分析,从机械和液压2个方面重点解决在拉架瞬间启动以及冲击载荷对系统主零件的破坏问题。
