目的:探讨糖毒清无糖颗粒(黄芪、淫羊藿、三七、生大黄)对糖尿病心肌病大鼠的治疗作用。方法:雄性SD大鼠腹腔注射链脲佐菌素制作糖尿病大鼠模型。造模成功大鼠47只随机分为糖尿病心肌病模型组、卡托普利对照组、糖毒清大剂量组、中剂量组、小剂量组,治疗10周后透射电镜观察左心室超微结构。结果:糖毒清组与卡托普利对照组心肌超微结构病变均较模型组明显减轻,糖毒清在减轻心肌细胞连接病变、调节心肌细胞糖代谢方面明显优于卡托普利;卡托普利在减轻毛细血管病变、肌原纤维病变方面明显优于糖毒清。结论:糖毒清具有健脾补肾益心、活血祛瘀排毒之功,对于糖尿病心肌病大鼠有较好的治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of Tangduqingwutang granules (Astragalus, Epimedium, Panax notoginseng, Rhubarb) on diabetic cardiomyopathy in rats. METHODS: Male SD rats were injected intraperitoneally with streptozotocin to make a diabetic rat model. Forty-seven successful rats were randomly divided into diabetic cardiomyopathy model group, captopril control group, high-dose Tangmuqing group, middle-dose group, and low-dose group. Ultrastructure of left ventricle was observed by transmission electron microscope after 10 weeks of treatment. . RESULTS: Compared with the model group, the myocardial ultrastructure lesions in the glycoside group and the captopril control group were significantly reduced. The glycoside was significantly better than the captopril in reducing myocardial cell connective lesions and regulating myocardial cell glucose metabolism; Topril is significantly superior to glycosides in reducing capillary and myofibrillar lesions. Conclusion: Tangduqing has the function of invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation and detoxification. It has a good therapeutic effect on diabetic cardiomyopathy rats.
