A few years ago, Shanghai’s property market focused mainly on the transfer of state-owned assets and outflow of capital. However, in 2006, it focused on making bigger and stronger state-owned assets a priority. 2006 was a key year for the development of the Shanghai property market. It was also implemented by “Shanghai United Property Exchange Five Development Plan ”to start the first year. In the first half of the year, 3829 transferors and assignees of the Shanghai Stock Exchange realized the transaction through the Stock Exchange with a total of 1,468 transactions in various types of property rights.
