复杂产品研发过程中并行开展多个项目,可以有效提高资源利用率,但研发中的各种不确定性常导致项目变更,使研发项目组合与企业战略目标相偏离。基于组织信息加工理论,探讨影响复杂产品研发项目组合的战略一致性的关键因素。通过对300家涉及多个研发项目管理的企业发放问卷,进行多元回归分析。研究发现,项目组合管理流程设计与实施,项目终止质量和高管参与对研发项目组合的战略一致性均有显著的正向影响。研究结果对于提高复杂产品研发项目组合的战略一致性,改善研发项目组合管理绩效具有理论意义和现实启示。
The development of complex products in parallel with multiple projects can effectively improve resource utilization, but various uncertainties in research and development often lead to project changes, the R & D project portfolio deviates from the strategic objectives of the enterprise. Based on the theory of organization information processing, the key factors influencing the strategic consistency of complex R & D project portfolio are discussed. Multivariate regression analysis was conducted by issuing questionnaires to 300 companies involved in the management of multiple R & D projects. The study found that the design and implementation of the project portfolio management process, the quality of project termination and the participation of executives have a significant positive impact on the strategic alignment of R & D project portfolio. The research results have theoretical significance and practical enlightenment for improving strategic consistency of complex product R & D project portfolio and improving R & D project portfolio management performance.
