教师研究由“重新制定教师标准、界定教师的专业性”转向“关注教师的专业生活体验”后,众多的学者开始关注教师的拥有怎样的生活体验,扮演着怎样的角色。班主任角色扮演成败直接关系到整个学校教育教学质量。尽管很多学者对班主任角色从不同的角度进行了研究,但似乎都未曾触及到根本。本研究经过对六位班主任的深度访谈调查,发现初中阶段在班主任身上和班主任管理上存在一些问题,必须加强班主任自身道德和才能建设、把握班主任的心理,满足班主任的正当需要和实施科学的管理。
As teacher research changes from “redesigning teacher standards to defining teacher professionalism” to “focusing on teachers’ professional life experiences”, many scholars began to pay attention to what kind of life experience teachers have and what role they play. The success or failure of teacher role play directly relates to the entire school education and teaching quality. Although many scholars have studied the role of class teacher from different perspectives, none seems to touch on the foundation. After the in-depth interviews with six class masters, this study found that there are some problems in class teacher and class teacher management in junior high school. We must strengthen class teacher’s own morality and ability construction, grasp the teacher’s psychology, meet the teacher’s legitimate needs and implement scientific management .
