我厂自从使用稀土碳氮共渗工艺代替渗碳工艺后,产品质量有了很大提高,各种消耗明显降低,经济效益十分显著。但是稀土碳氮共渗剂是外购的,调价后,其价格增加一倍多,而且共渗速度低,仅为0.17~0.18mm/h。这样,稀土碳氮共渗成本有些增加,为此,我们决定自制共渗剂。经过近三年试验及试生产,用自制的共渗剂,渗速可达0.20~0.25mm/h,不仅降低了材料消耗,还节约了电能,收到了明显的经济效益。
