近年来一些学者应用小角X射线散射技术(SAXS)研究了非晶合金的晶化和结构弛豫过程,但至今未见确定结晶粒子粒度分布的报道,确定非晶合金晶化过程中结晶粒子的粒度分布将有利于了解结晶粒子的长大过程,本文在文献[5]的基础上,将Cu_(73)Sn_6Ni_6P_(15)非晶合金经过473K不同时间的时效处理后,对结晶粒子粒度分布的改变,进行了小角X射线散射的研究。
