为了适应社会的发展,促进国企改革的进一步深化,保证离退休人员按时足额领取养老金,落实“两个确保”的目标,广东省社保局从2000年下半年起对养老金逐步实行社会化发放,由邮局代发。由于广东省社保局返回的养老金与单位发放的退休金有差距:处级干部、高工、技师、劳动模范、因病提前退休的职工的养老金普遍低于退休金;相同条件的职工退休后养老金不同等,给职工带来了疑惑。为了解答这些疑问,我们经过原因分析,现整理成文,仅供参考。
