本文报道了一个新研制的测量对比敏感度函数(CSF)的简易装置。利用计算机技术制作了七块具有不同空间频率、相同对比变化的正弦光栅图板。在2m 视距时,最高频率为43.6周/度,最低频率为0.5周/度,板上对比沿高度呈对数变化。此外,还有一块检测条纹视力的图板,最高视力值为2.0。经对148只正常眼和128只病眼的检测表明,该装置适用于繁忙的临床。而且,用它能检出常规视力表所不能检出的形觉功能改变。因此,我们的方法在眼科日常检查和眼疾的早期发现等方面均具有重要的意义。
This article reports on a newly developed simple device for measuring the contrast sensitivity function (CSF). Using computer technology, seven sine grating gratings with different spatial frequencies and the same contrast changes were made. At 2m line-of-sight, the highest frequency was 43.6 cycles per degree, the lowest frequency was 0.5 cycles per degree, and the on-board contrast varied logarithmically along the height. In addition, there is a strip of vision test chart, the maximum visual acuity value of 2.0. The test of 148 normal eyes and 128 sick eyes showed that the device is suitable for busy clinical. Also, use it to detect changes in visual function that can not be detected by conventional eye charts. Therefore, our method is of great importance in the field of daily ophthalmology and early detection of eye diseases.
