第十二届国际轮轴大会围绕“安全、高效,奔向二十一世纪”这一主题,从轮轴基础研究、设计与制造、运用与检修这三个专题进行了技术交流,对今后我国轮轴技术发展起到了重要的借鉴作用。 一、基础研究 轮轴的基础研究包括损伤机理、材料科学及轮轨关系等方面的研究。越来越多的人认识到必须在这些研究领域有所突破,才能真正提高铁路轮轴的技术水平,以满足高速、重载、安全对轮轴提出的新要求。因此,本届大会上这一专题倍受关注。
The 12th International Conference on Axle Axes held technical exchanges on the three topics of basic research, design and manufacture, operation and maintenance of axles, focusing on the theme of “Safe, Efficient and Towards the 21st Century” Development has played an important reference. First, basic research Axle basic research includes damage mechanism, material science and wheel-rail relationship and other aspects of research. More and more people have realized that it is necessary to make breakthroughs in these research fields so as to truly raise the technical level of railway axles so as to meet the new requirements of high-speed, heavy-duty and safety on axle. Therefore, this special session of the General Assembly has drawn much attention.
