On December 2, 1983, the Documentation Department of the Chinese Petroleum Institute and the Norwegian National Petroleum Company’s Beijing Office jointly organized a technical briefing to include CNOOC, Bohai Petroleum, China National Petroleum and Natural Gas Exploration and Development Corporation Development Department and other representatives of nearly 40 people.
