水泥砼路面使用的钢轮行走式硬切缝机和胶轮行走式软切缝机均存在啃边和直顺度不好控制的问题 ,为解决上述问题 ,研制开发了轨道行走式切缝机 ,其主要由切缝机主体和导向轨道式压板两大部分组成 ,在大庆西干路中进行了 452道横向缩缝切割 ,无一道出现啃边现象 ,并且顺直度均符合质量要求。同时解决了原切缝机切缝方向需人工不断调整的问题 ,也大幅度地提高了缩缝切割质量 ,因此轨道行走式切缝机应大力推广。
