病案室的绩效考核与评价有其独特性,重点体现工作的质量和数量,保证信息的准确性。病案室的绩效考核内容应分为基础考核、工作质量考核、工作数量考核等三部分,每个部分分值为100分,共300分。针对不同岗位,在确保基础考核内容相同的同时,实行针对性的区别考核,即不同岗位考核侧重点应不同。通过建立并实施科室绩效考核,要达到工作流程的进一步合理化、提高工作积极性、提高科室满意度、奖金分配的合理化、增加职工间的团结合作。
