现如今,随着大众创业时期的到来,不少新型企业如雨后春笋般迅速出现,导致企业与企业之间的管理模式大不相同,规范化、人性化的企业占据少数,大部分企业出现的普遍问题,不是产品生产与供应的问题,而是企业内部员工劳动力优化配置的问题。充分利用人力资源集约化管理不仅有利于实现企业员工能力的蜕变,更加强对员工能力定位的认识,因此,关于企业人力资源集约化的管理已经成为了企业发展和员工能力定位的好途径。本文对企业人力资源集约化的管理做出了简单介绍,同时也对企业人力资源集约化的管理提出了新的要求。并介绍了当前部分企业在人力资源集约化管理的应用方式,也对企业在人力资源集约化管理上进行了探究。
