ESP教材具有一定的特殊性与针对性,其是以某一职业作为依托,针对日后从事这一职业的高校毕业生专门编写的英语教材。当前,在各大高职院校使用的ESP教材在教学定位等方面并不够明确,具有一定的模糊性。本文对现阶段各高职院校使用的ESP教材进行了分析与研究,并提出了一系列合理化建议,旨在提升ESP教材的实用性,使其具有一定的高职特色。
ESP teaching materials have a certain degree of particularity and pertinence. They are based on a certain occupation and are specially designed for English graduates who are engaged in this career. At present, the ESP teaching materials used in major vocational colleges are not clear enough in terms of teaching orientation, etc., and they have certain vagueness. This article analyzes and researches the ESP textbooks used by vocational colleges at the present stage, and puts forward a series of rationalization suggestions, aiming to improve the practicality of ESP textbooks and make them have certain higher vocational characteristics.
