奖励分配的第一标准是公平,这首先就需要一个完善的考核体系。对于一个全国性企业,不同区域、不同发展阶段的分公司,如何考核又如何奖励才能做到公平?一概平均,往往会抹杀竞争;强调差异,又容易造成不满情绪。本文通过一个案例来说明区域考核与奖励的操作方式。
The first criteria for reward distribution is fair, which first requires a sound assessment system. For a nationwide enterprise, branches in different regions and different stages of development can only be fair if they are rewarded on an appraisal basis. On average, they tend to discourage competition. Emphasis on differences can easily lead to discontent. This article illustrates the operation of regional assessment and rewards through a case study.
