目的了解石门县不同地区食品从业人员中HBsAg携带情况及分布特点,进一步落实切断乙型肝炎经口传染途径的措施,制定农村卫生防制措施和加强农村食品生产、销售、公共场所卫生管理。方法查阅2007年全县不同地区食品从业人员体检HBsAg检测调查,分析全年5 466例体检结果。结果城镇与农村,与丘陵、山区食品从业人员HBsAg阳性率分别为2.54%、2.13%、2.42%、1.51%。不同地区之间分布差异无统计学意义。结论每年对食品从业人员进行全面健康检查非常必要,同时要加强对乙型肝炎病人、HBsAg携带者的卫生管理。
Objective To understand the situation and distribution of HBsAg among food workers in different regions of Shimen County, to further implement measures to cut off the oral transmission of hepatitis B, formulate rural health control measures and strengthen rural food production, marketing and public health management. Methods According to the HBsAg testing survey of food practitioners in different areas of the county in 2007, 5 466 physical examination results were analyzed. Results The positive rates of HBsAg in urban and rural areas, hilly areas and mountainous areas were 2.54%, 2.13%, 2.42% and 1.51% respectively. There was no significant difference in distribution between different regions. Conclusion It is necessary to conduct a comprehensive health checkup for food practitioners every year. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the health management of hepatitis B patients and HBsAg carriers.
