液驱混合动力是重型汽车节能环保的重要方法之一,以码头牵引车为样车进行液驱混合动力的设计计算分析。首先根据码头牵引车工作特性和驾驶循环特点,在满足动力性和燃油经济性的条件下,建立了基于CAN总线并联式液压混合码头牵引车驱动系统;然后对码头牵引车主要部件,包括动力耦合装置、泵/马达、蓄能器、再生制动系统等主要部件进行了参数匹配;最后建立仿真试验模型,进行了仿真实验,试验结果表明样车计算正确,节能效果良好。
Hydrolytic hybrid is one of the important methods for energy-saving and environmental protection of heavy-duty vehicles. The design and analysis of liquid-flooded hybrid power is carried out with the prototype of the tractor. First of all, according to the working characteristics of the tractor and the characteristics of the driving cycle, the driving system of the hybrid tractor based on CAN bus was established under the condition of meeting the power and fuel economy. Then the main components of the tractor including the power coupling Device, pump / motor, accumulator, regenerative braking system and so on. Finally, a simulation experiment model was set up and a simulation experiment was carried out. The test results show that the sample car is correctly calculated and the energy saving effect is good.
