上海钢铁研究所研制的 Ti-0.8Ni-0.3Mo合金具有良好的机械性能,在还原性介质中具有比纯钛优异的耐蚀性能,在氧化性介质中也具有较良好的耐蚀性能。该合金还具有优异的抗缝隙腐蚀性以及良好的焊接性能,焊接接头的机械性能及耐均匀腐蚀性能与母材相当,合金的上述性能均已达到美国同类材料的水平。该合金制作的筛板,紧固件在温度为113℃,含有30—50%甲酸的醋酸回收塔中,经长期使用表明其耐均匀腐蚀和缝隙腐蚀能
The Ti-0.8Ni-0.3Mo alloy developed by Shanghai Institute of Iron and Steel has good mechanical properties, excellent corrosion resistance than pure titanium in reducing media, and better corrosion resistance in oxidizing media. The alloy also has excellent resistance to crevice corrosion and good welding performance, mechanical properties of welded joints and uniform corrosion resistance and the base metal is equivalent to the performance of these alloys have reached the level of similar materials in the United States.
