本文采用新型双膨胀源膨胀剂以及不同密度等级、不同类型的轻骨料配制轻质自防水混凝土,并对其工作性、物理力学、变形等性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,轻质自防水混凝土的工作性与轻骨料吸水率、形貌、级配、密度等性质密切相关;相同水胶比下,抗压强度取决于轻骨料的筒压强度;轻骨料的吸水特性对膨胀剂有增益作用,在膨胀剂与轻骨料的相互作用下,轻质自防水混凝土限制膨胀率大幅提高,干燥收缩得到明显抑制。
In this paper, a new double-expansive source expansion agent and different density grades, different types of light aggregate preparation of lightweight self-waterproofing concrete, and its work, physical mechanics, deformation and other properties were studied. The results show that the workability of lightweight self-waterproofing concrete is closely related to the properties such as water absorption, morphology, grading and density of light aggregate. The compressive strength of lightweight self-waterproofing concrete depends on the compressive strength of lightweight aggregate. Water absorption characteristics of lightweight aggregates have a positive effect on the expansive agent. Under the interaction of expansive agent and light aggregate, the light-weight self-waterproofing concrete significantly increases the limited expansion rate and significantly reduces the drying shrinkage.
