由同济大学环境工程学院承担的“七·五”科技攻关项目“WTPCAD计算机辅助设计”,在一九九○年十一月七日由国家环境保护局通过技术鉴定。 该科技攻关的内容包括“污水处理流程选择专家系统(WTPES)”、“单体构筑物的优化设计计算(WTPOD)”、“设计计算及计算绘图(WTPCAD)”等。该专题的研究,利用系统工程的方法,通过对我国现有污水处理厂的实际运行情况和实测数据的分析,从经济、环境、社会效益等角度,提取专家设计经验,对定量因素计算和模糊因素权值赋予处理,建立专家系统、优化设计数学模型和SCR绘图数据文件,通过模块结构处理来实现IWTPCAD的功能。
The “7th Five Year Plan” scientific and technological research project “WTPCAD Computer Aided Design” undertaken by the School of Environmental Engineering of Tongji University was approved by the National Environmental Protection Agency on November 7, 1990. The scientific and technological research includes “Wastewater Treatment Process Selection Expert System (WTPES)”, “Optimum Design Calculation (WTPOD)”, “Design Calculation and Calculation Graphics (WTPCAD)”, etc. The research of this topic uses system engineering methods to analyze the actual operation conditions and actual measurement data of existing wastewater treatment plants in China, and extracts expert design experience from the perspectives of economy, environment and social benefits, and calculates and blurs quantitative factors. Factor weight assignment processing, establishment of expert systems, optimization of design mathematical models and SCR drawing data files, and implementation of IWTPCAD functions through module structure processing.
