目的探求荣络固脱方配合针灸治疗子宫脱垂的效果,并观察雌激素水平的变化。方法 40例子宫脱垂患者作为观察组,另外选取38例患者作为对照组。观察组应用荣络固脱方配合针灸治疗,荣络固脱方一剂,水煎,2/日分服。治疗开始及治疗30d检测血雌激素值。结果观察组与对照组在治疗前血雌激素值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗30d,观察组血雌激素值明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论荣络固脱方配合针灸能够刺激雌激素水平升高,达到改善盆底的功能,增强治疗子宫脱垂的疗效。
Objective To explore the effect of Rongluo Jiefang combined with acupuncture on uterine prolapse and to observe the changes of estrogen levels. Methods 40 cases of uterine prolapse patients as the observation group, another 38 patients were selected as the control group. Observation group applied Rongluo decoction with acupuncture treatment, Rongluo off a side, decoction, 2 / day service. The beginning of treatment and treatment of 30d detection of blood estrogen value. Results There was no significant difference in blood estrogen level between the observation group and the control group before treatment (P> 0.05). After 30 days of treatment, the blood estrogen level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion Rongluojiefang combined with acupuncture can stimulate estrogen levels to improve pelvic floor function and enhance the efficacy of treatment of uterine prolapse.
