第一条 为了加强对本市水泥(中转散装水泥)产品质量的监督管理,保证建设工程质量,根据《上海市建筑材料和建设机械产品准用管理规定》,制定本细则。 第二条 本细则所称水泥(中转散装水泥)产品,是指国家标准GB 175、GB 1344、GB12958中的硅酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥、矿渣硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥、火山灰质硅酸盐水泥和复合硅酸盐水泥产品。 第三条 本市对水泥(中转散装水泥)产品
