以硝酸钡(Ba(NO3)2)、硬脂酸(HST)、和钛酸四丁脂(Ti(OC4H9)4)为主要原料,用SAG法(硬脂酸溶胶──凝胶法)制备了钛酸钡(BaTiO3)纳米粉料,用JOBINYVON公司的U-1000喇曼光谱仪测量了不同温度下的喇曼光谱,通过与已指认过的喇曼谱进行比较,对获得的喇曼谱进行了分析。
