医院放射线工作人员,属职业慢性小剂量长期受照者,而染色体畸变是电离辐射效应敏感指标之一。用染色体畸变分析对职业性放射工作人员进行监测,对于研究他们的剂量与效应关系,制定辐射防护标准提供有用的资料。作者于1989年第一季度对我市医院放射工作者105例染色体畸变进行了研究。材料和方法一、分组:照射组:共105例,其中从事X线诊断工作的医务人员98例(男95例;女3例),年龄20~58岁;钴一60治疗操作人员7例(男4例;女3例),年龄28~54岁。
Hospital staff of radiation, occupational chronic small doses of long-term exposure, and chromosome aberration is one of the sensitive indicators of ionizing radiation effects. Monitoring of occupational radiation workers using chromosomal aberrations analysis provides useful information on the study of their dose-response relationship and the development of radiation protection standards. In the first quarter of 1989, the author studied 105 cases of chromosomal aberrations in hospital radiologists in our city. Materials and methods First, grouping: irradiation group: a total of 105 cases, including 98 cases of medical staff engaged in X-ray diagnosis (95 males and 3 females), aged 20 to 58 years; 7 cobalt-60 treatment operators 4 males; 3 females), aged 28 to 54 years old.
