台风“达维”于2012年8月3日登陆辽宁,辽阳东部地区普降暴雨,其上游岫岩山区洪水下泄,使辽阳东部丘陵地区山洪暴发并引发泥石流等次生地质灾害,当地居民生命和财产受到严重威胁。某集团军受命参加抗洪救灾,医院迅即启动抗洪抢险行动预案,并抽组成立应急医疗分队,开赴灾区展开医学救治和卫生防病等工作。分析救援实际情况,我们对丘陵地区抗洪救灾医学救援工作有了较深的体会。1丘陵地区洪灾伤情特点
