目的:观察辛热药附子对薄荷油诱导大鼠虚寒状态的影响,以期为辛热药药性研究提供实验依据。方法:将大鼠随机分为正常组,虚寒组,附子大、中、小剂量组,持续造模21d,于造模第15天开始灌服各组药物,连续7d,在第22天,取血,检测内分泌系统、免疫系统、物质代谢、一氧化氮(NO)/环磷酸鸟苷(c GMP)等相关指标。结果:附子各剂量组均不同程度地表现出一定的治疗调节作用,尤以大剂量效果最好,主要体现在对动物生长情况(体质量、外观等)、内分泌系统功能(尤其甲状腺功能T3、T4、TSH)、免疫系统功能及部分物质代谢水平方面的影响,附子大剂量对NO/c GMP也均有调节作用。结论:附子可能通过NO/c GMP这一生物机制调节下丘脑的神经内分泌功能,从而纠正虚寒状态下的甲状腺功能、性腺功能、免疫功能、物质代谢水平的异常,体现其辛热药性。

The large dose of aconite also regulates NO / c GMP. Conclusion: The aconite may regulate the neuroendocrine function of the hypothalamus through the biological mechanism of NO / c GMP, so as to correct abnormal thyroid function, gonadal function, immune function and substance metabolism level under the condition of Deficiency of Cold.
