本文观测了高度近视56例112眼的前房深度、眼轴长度、后巩膜形态、屈光状态、眼内压及巩膜壁硬度,并与正常对照组62眼比较。高度近视的眼轴明显延长,主要是眼球后部扩张。这种变化在发生后巩膜葡萄肿的病例更为显著。高度近视组巩膜壁硬度下降,眼内压无明显改变,提示眼球壁抗力降低似为眼轴延长的重要因素。
In this paper, we observed the anterior chamber depth, axial length, posterior scleral morphology, refractive status, intraocular pressure and scleral wall stiffness in 56 eyes of 112 with high myopia, compared with 62 eyes of normal control group. The axial length of high myopia significantly prolonged, mainly the dilation of the rear eye. This change in the incidence of scleral staphylomas after the more significant cases. High myopia scleral wall hardness decreased, no significant change in intraocular pressure, suggesting that decreased resistance to the wall of the eye wall as an important factor for axial extension.
