作者对10例基底节和丘脑生殖细胞瘤病人(均为男性,10~40岁,平均16岁)的11次MR检查作了回顾性研究,其中9例与CT进行了对照。所有病例都经组织病理学证实。分别采用2·OT,1.5T和0.5T磁共振仪,SE序列成像。所有病人都做了未增强的矢状面T_1加权和横断面质子密度加权及T_2加权成像。做了10次造影增强,层厚5~7mm,间隔2mm,距阵256×256,空间分辨率1mm×1mm。有9例在MR成像2周内作了CT扫描。
The authors conducted a retrospective review of 11 MR examinations in 10 patients with basal ganglia and thalamic germ cell tumors (both men, 10 to 40 years, average 16 years of age), 9 of whom were compared with CT. All cases were confirmed by histopathology. Using 2 · OT, 1.5T and 0.5T magnetic resonance imaging, SE sequence imaging. All patients did not enhance the sagittal T_1 weighted and cross-sectional proton density weighted and T_2 weighted imaging. Make 10 enhanced contrast, layer thickness 5 ~ 7mm, 2mm spacing, distance matrix 256 × 256, the spatial resolution of 1mm × 1mm. Nine patients underwent CT scan within 2 weeks of MR imaging.
