模板是注射机合模系统中的重要零件,但目前国内模板的设计还是以经验和类比为主。为此,通过采用先进的拓扑优化法,应用Ansys软件对注射机前模板进行结构优化。并研究了不同模型、不同约束条件下的拓扑优化结果,提出了在保证强度和刚度情况下前模板材料的最佳分布结构,该分析过程同样适用于动模板和后模板。拓扑优化方法为模板的创新性设计提供新的途径,能有效地解决工程设计中的实际问题。
Template injection molding machine is an important part of the system, but the current domestic template design or based on experience and analogy. To this end, through the use of advanced topology optimization method, the application of Ansys software to optimize the structure of the injection molding machine template. And studied the topology optimization results under different models and different constraints, and proposed the optimal distribution structure of the former template material under the condition of guaranteed strength and rigidity. The analysis process is also applicable to the dynamic template and the rear template. The topology optimization method provides a new way for the innovative design of the template, which can effectively solve the practical problems in the engineering design.
