英语教育的本质是培养学生运用英语的能力,但高一新生在初、高中英语过渡时期出现不适应的状况,这严重挫伤了他们英语学习的兴趣,不利于提高综合语言运用能力。《普通高中英语课程标准》强调“语言技能和语言知识是综合语言运用能力的基础”。我在多年的教学实践中发现,学生语言基础知识薄弱和相关技能低下是导致不适应的主要因素。多数高中教师没有教授过初中英语,也不熟悉初中英语教材,即“教师缺乏弥合初、高中英语
The essence of English education is to cultivate students’ abilities to use English. However, the freshmen are not suited to the English transition period of primary and senior high school. This seriously dampens their interest in English learning and is not conducive to improving the ability of using the integrated language. The Common High School English Curriculum Standard emphasizes that ”language skills and language knowledge are the foundations of a comprehensive language use ability.“ In my many years of teaching practice, I found that the weak basic knowledge of students and the related skills are the main factors leading to maladjustment. Most high school teachers did not teach junior high school English, are not familiar with junior high school English textbooks, that is, ”lack of teachers to close early, high school English
