我原来是一个小学教育工作者,水平不高,經驗也很缺乏。經过一段时間的摸索,初步找到了語文教师在职进修的一点門徑。下面談几点个人进修的体会: 围绕备课读书 結合备課,讀点文学史和文艺书刊。例如,教《范进中举》,讀《儒林外史》;教《天时不如地利》,选讀《孟子文选》;教《蝶恋花》,讀《毛主席詩詞讲解》。讀了和課文有关的书,再去备課,对教材內容的理解就更为深刻。例如,讀了有关《蝶恋花》的評論文章,郭沫若的文章中說,这首詩的主題不是单純的怀旧,而是在宣揚革命。对我备这一課和教这一
