栽培平菇林间是一个较为理想的栽培环境。林间既可遮蔽目光,又能防风吹雨打,还可蓄水保水、保温、保湿。加之树未吸碳放氧,空气新鲜,气候温和,风微、光弱,湿度大,凉爽宜人,是平菇生长最佳的环境条件。去年十二月下旬,我们在海拔800多米高的砚山乡新田沟的一个混交林坡地上,用稻草、玉米杆混合培养料,试种了25平方米面积的平菇,今年3月26日第一潮菇成熟,着生密集、朵大肉厚、颜色黝黑、商品性好,每平方米收获鲜菇6.45公斤。
