社会经济由传统经济向生态经济、循环经济的转变,是在全球人口剧增、资源短缺和生态蜕变的严峻形势下的必然选择。循环经济是国际社会在追求从工业可持续发展到社会经济可持续发展过程中出现的一种关于发展模式的理念,它是针对传统线性经济发展模式的创新。循环经济就是指在人类的生产活动中,控制废弃物的产生,建立起充分利用自然资源的循环机制,把人类的生产活动纳入到自然循环中去,维护自然的生态平衡。
The transformation of the social economy from the traditional economy to the ecological economy and the circular economy is an inevitable choice under the severe situation of global population explosion, shortage of resources and ecological transformation. Circular economy is the concept of the development model that the international community has emerged in the process of pursuing sustainable development from industrial sustainability to social economy. It is aimed at the innovation of the traditional linear economic development model. Recycling economy refers to the control of waste generation in human production activities, the establishment of a recycling mechanism that makes full use of natural resources, the integration of human production activities into the natural circulation and the maintenance of natural ecological balance.
