目的评价固相金纳米棒光学免疫传感器对日本血吸虫病的早期诊断价值。方法利用构建的固相金纳米棒光学免疫传感器检测感染日本血吸虫1、2、4、6、8周的兔血清抗原,并与IHA抗体检测结果作比较。结果血吸虫感染第1周的兔血清IHA特异抗体检测为阴性,固相金纳米棒光学免疫传感器检测抗原呈阳性。2种方法检测血吸虫感染第2周、第4周、第6周和第8周的兔血清均为阳性。结论固相金纳米棒光学免疫传感器对日本血吸虫感染兔血清抗原具有早期识别能力,感染第1周的兔血清抗原检测即呈阳性反应。该方法可用于日本血吸虫病的早期诊断,也可为其他寄生虫病的早期诊断带来新的尝试。
Objective To evaluate the early diagnostic value of solid-phase gold nanorods optical immunosensor for Japanese schistosomiasis. Methods Rabbit serum antigens of 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks infected with Schistosoma japonicum were detected by solid phase gold nanorods optical immunosensor and compared with the detection results of IHA antibody. Results In the first week of schistosoma infection, the rabbit serum IHA specific antibody was negative and the solid phase gold nanorods optical immunosensor was positive for antigen. Two kinds of methods to detect schistosome infection in the second week, the fourth week, the sixth week and the eighth week of rabbit serum were positive. Conclusion The solid-phase gold nanorods optical immunosensor has early recognition ability to S. japonicum infection of rabbit serum antigens, and the detection of rabbit serum antigens in the first week of infection is positive. The method can be used for the early diagnosis of schistosomiasis japonica, but also can bring new attempts for the early diagnosis of other parasitic diseases.
