目的:研究地黄寡糖简便有效稳定的测定方法。方法:采用NH2-C18色谱柱分离,示差折光检测器检测,高效液相色谱法测定地黄中寡糖。结果:水苏糖在0.097 8~0.326 0 mg时与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 0),平均加样回收率(n=6)为99.43%,RSD为2.10%。结论:该方法分离效果好、准确、快速、干扰少,适用于地黄寡糖的质量控制。
Objective: To study the simple, effective and stable method for determination of Rehmannia glutinosa oligosaccharides. Methods: NH2-C18 column separation, refractive index detector detection, high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of oligosaccharides in Rehmanniae. Results: Stachyose had a good linear relationship with the peak area at 0.097 8-0.36 0 mg (r = 0.999 0). The average recoveries (n = 6) were 99.43% with RSDs of 2.10%. Conclusion: The separation method is good, accurate, rapid, less interference, and is suitable for the quality control of Rehmannia glutinosa oligosaccharides.
