对采用高性能灌浆料置换加固的混凝土框架柱的轴压受力性能进行了全过程分析,讨论了加固前混凝土初始应力对置换截面(组合截面)高性能灌浆料强度发挥程度的影响。结果表明,对于加固时不能卸载的柱,高性能灌浆料与混凝土之间存在应变滞后现象,混凝土与高性能灌浆料不能同时达到其抗压强度。加固前,柱的初始应力越高,高性能灌浆料的强度发挥程度越低。混凝土初始应力在(0.2~0.6)fc时,高性能灌浆料的强度发挥程度为(69~87)%。在此基础上,提出了高性能灌浆料置换加固柱折算混凝土强度和轴心受压承载力的计算方法。
The whole process of axial compression of reinforced concrete frame column with high performance grouting material was analyzed. The influence of initial stress of pre-reinforcement on the strength of high performance grouting material was studied. The results show that there is strain hysteresis between the high-performance grouting material and concrete, and the compressive strength of concrete and high-performance grouting material can not be reached at the same time for the columns that can not be unloaded during reinforcement. Before reinforcement, the higher the initial stress of the column, the lower the intensity of high-performance grouting material to play. When the initial stress of concrete is (0.2 ~ 0.6) fc, the strength of high-performance grouting material is 69 ~ 87%. On this basis, the calculation method of concrete strength and axial compressive bearing capacity by high performance grouting material replacement reinforcement column is proposed.
