目的:研究经络舒宁对2型糖尿病模型大鼠糖脂代谢的影响。方法:采用高脂饮食和链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射致大鼠2型糖尿病模型,并观察糖尿病模型大鼠血糖和总胆固醇及甘油三酯的变化。结果:经络舒宁高剂量组降糖效果最佳;经络舒与经络舒宁高剂量组大鼠TC水平相比模型组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组之间比较差异无统计学意义,但经络舒宁降低TC效果更好;对于TG,除经络舒宁低剂量组外,其余给药组相比模型组血清TG水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),但均高于正常组。结论:经络舒宁有明显的降血糖、降脂作用,为防治2型糖尿病提供有效的药理学依据。
Objective: To study the effects of Meridian Shuning on the metabolism of glucose and lipid in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: The model of type 2 diabetes mellitus was induced by intraperitoneal injection of high fat diet and streptozotocin (STZ), and the changes of blood glucose, total cholesterol and triglyceride in diabetic rats were observed. Results: Meridian Shining high-dose high-dose group best hypoglycemic effect; Meridian Shu and Meridian Shining high-dose group compared with the TC level of the model group there was a significant difference (P <0.05), no significant difference between the two groups However, the meridian and shuning decreased the effect of TC better. For TG, there were significant differences in TG levels between model group and other drug groups except for the meridian Shuxin low-dose group (P <0.05 or P <0.01) , But higher than the normal group. Conclusion: Meridian Shu Ning obvious hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering effect for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes provide an effective pharmacological basis.
