目的 :评价活体共聚焦显微镜 (confocalmicroscopythroughfocusing ,CMTF)在观察正常角膜以及准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术 (PRK、LASIK)后创面修复过程中的作用。方法 :对正常自愿受试人员、PRK及LASIK患者 85人 (16 7只眼 )角膜进行CMTF检查。结果 :通过连续共聚焦扫描及焦点分析 ,得到角膜精确的、可重复的、深径度的图像 ,X、Y轴和Z轴多层情况及实时四维显示。PRK及LASIK后早期基质细胞减少、凋亡越多 ,后期激活、增殖越显著。结论 :应用共聚焦显微镜可直接观测活体角膜各层细胞形态结构 ,为准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术后创面修复、手术效果的评价提供有利证据。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the role of confocal microscopy in focus (CMTF) in the repair of wounds after normal cornea and excimer laser refractive keratectomy (PRK, LASIK). Methods: CMTF was performed on 85 volunteers (167 eyes) with normal volunteers, PRK and LASIK. Results: The corneal accurate, repeatable and deep-depth images, X, Y-axis and Z-axis multi-layer cases and real-time four-dimensional display were obtained by continuous confocal scanning and focus analysis. PRK and LASIK early stromal cells decreased, the more apoptosis, the late activation, the more significant proliferation. CONCLUSION: Confocal microscopy can directly observe the morphology of the cells in the cornea of living body and provide favorable evidence for the evaluation of the wound repair after laser refractive keratectomy.
