员工创新行为一直是企业不断追求的,是企业提高绩效的核心力量。本文根据创新行为的概念内涵、个体特征与创新行为的主效应及作用机制三个方面概况个体特征与创新行为关系研究的现状,并对其未来发展做了总结展望。
Employee innovation has always been the pursuit of business, is the core force to improve business performance. Based on the connotation of the concept of innovation, the main effect and mechanism of individual characteristics and innovation behavior, this paper summarizes the current status of the study on the relationship between individual characteristics and innovation behavior, and summarizes its future development.
