文章介绍了一种基于高精度气体罗茨流量计作为主标准器的标准表法气体流量标准装置。深入研究标准表法装置检定技术的新方法,设计专用消波器消除压力脉动影响,采用定点使用和非线性修正技术,可实现速度式流量计和容积式流量计的检定/校准,给出用该装置进行流量计检定的实验数据,结果表明该装置测量不确定度优于0.33%,测量范围度达4 000∶1。
