本文首先分析电网企业财务信息化建设的特殊性,依托项目管理的思想和理念,阐述财务信息化建设项目启动、准备、执行、结束各个阶段的特点和管理方法。最后对项目管理的各个知识领域在财务信息化建设需求、变更、质量、团队方面的应用进行探讨。本文希望通过将项目管理的思想和知识应用到财务信息化建设中,为今后规范财务信息化建设管理、提高财务工作的效率提供参考意见。
This paper first analyzes the peculiarities of financial information construction in power grid enterprises and relies on the ideas and concepts of project management to elaborate the characteristics and management methods of each phase of financial information construction projects initiation, preparation, implementation and termination. Finally, the various fields of project management knowledge in the construction of financial information needs, change, quality, team to explore. This article hopes that by applying the idea and knowledge of project management to the construction of financial information, this paper hopes to provide reference for standardizing the construction of financial information management and improving the efficiency of financial work in the future.
